Frequently Asked Questions
1. I am new to using computers and the internet. Do I have to place my order through the website?
No. You may call us and we would be happy to take your order and customization information over the phone.
2. When do I pay for my products? Can I have them shipped COD?
We are unable to provide COD service. Payment is due at the time you place your order. Work can not be started on your project until payment is received in full. Established clients may be able to split their payment into two equal installments; one paid at time of order and the second payment within two weeks.
3. How do I provide my customization information to you and get you my logo? What format do you need the logo to be in?
If you place your order online, you will be asked to provide customization details for your order including uploading any graphics and/or your logo. If you place your order over the phone, we will ask you all relevant customization questions at that time. After placing your order, you can email your logo to

. Acceptable formats are .psd, .gif, or .jpg of atleast 150 dpi. Keep in mind that low quality graphics may need retouching or enhancements to look appropriate on the new art. Extensive work required on your logo will incur additional fees at $75 per hour. We will keep your new enhanced logo on file so that you will not have to pay this fee in future orders.
4. I placed an order and paid online already. My proofs have been placed online and they look great but I have decided to go with marketing cards instead of ad cards. Can I cancel my order and order the marketing cards instead?
Once you place your order and proofs are placed online for you (which occurs within 24 hours of when you place your order) we can not offer you a refund or exchange since the work has already been completed for you. Please know exactly what you want, including all customization changes, before placing your order as changes can not be made once proofs have been completed for you.
5. I really like alot of the designs used in your materials but I would like to use some photos of my own students in my marketing materials. Is this possible?
Everything you see on our site is customizable. We can change/add/remove text, change any photo to another one from a different marketing material on our site, or even customize with your own student photos. In the latter case, you will be required to sign a
Release and Waiver form
stating that you have authorized use of the photos you are providing and that Pro MA Marketing is not responsible for any unathorized use of photos that you provide to us. We will use them for your art only and not reuse any images in any other art without your express permission. Extensive customization is charged at a rate of $75 per hour.
6. What is the purpose of approving proofs before you send to print? To save time I would like to skip the proof process and have my products sent directly to the printers.
Our proof process ensures that typographical errors are not made in your work and that the image meets your approval before the job is sent to print. We can not skip this process unless it is a re-order of a product that you have already approved in the past and no changes have been made. Once you approve a proof, and the job is sent to print, we are not responsible for any errors or omissions in your materials. Please review your proofs carefully and request any changes before they are sent to print!
7. I would like to order several sets of business cards. Are there bulk discounts available for large orders?
For large quantity orders we will get you the best price possible to save you additional money. Please contact us so we may provide you with a quote for the job and quantity you are requesting.
8. I am placing my first order with you. Are there any fees associated with becoming a client?
Our clients do not pay any membership dues or hidden fees. You are only required to complete our
Design Contract
as a new client. We will keep this document on file and it will apply to your future orders as well; you do not have to complete one each time you place an order. You may return the signed document by fax so that your order is not delayed, but please mail the original copy asap (mailing address and fax number are on our
